Dolpo Phoksundo
Dolpo is a beryl, a hidden valley created by a Buddhist deity for his worshippers. It remained out of bounds to the tourist until 1989. Today, it is celebrated as a sample of original Tibet. Shey Phoksundo National park, well known to be among the most spectacular protected areas of Nepal, covers more then 3000 sq. km. Blue sheep, Himalayan black bear and the snow are found here.

Jumla Dolpo
Jumla to Dolpo trek is perhaps the best way to get a taste of Nepal’s country life. Arranged in the season when the air is clear, the mountains are lovely and the dry plain heart touching this trek climb up to villages, which are possibly the highest natural settlements of man. Monuments and monasteries are found in unlikely places and the region still has followers of the pre Buddhist Bompo religion.
